Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product up to 60 days after delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kiyostudios.com. Please email us with your order number, the reason for your return, and which item(s) you would like to exchange your jewelry for (if applicable). We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We require proof of purchase to honor any return or exchange. Your order number can be found in the original order confirmation email. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our customer support team for additional help.

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product:

  • Has visible wear or damage.
  • Is not in the original packaging, including outer sleeves and tags.
  • Is a final-sale item (this does not include discount codes or site-wide sales)

Refunds 

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A few things to remember

  • Products sent back in different packaging will incur a $6 repackaging fee.
  • All eligible returns will be provided with a return label within the 7 day period, except for international returns.
  • Once your package is received at our warehouse, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to inspect your items and fulfill your request.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account or via PayPal.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method on file or in store credit, whichever the customer prefers.
