The peaces are very beautiful, looking just like the pictures on the website, and come in a nice package. The customer support is very good too.
We somehow forgot a part of our adress when ordering, so the package wouldn`t get delivered. When we reached out to the store, they were always very quick to answer, were very helpful and everything in a very friendly way.
Our original order then also got lost somewhere during shipping, but we instantly got our old one replaced (we did pay the shipping protection)!
All in all a bit chaotic but pleasant experience :)
