At Kiyo Studios, all our items are hand made to order ready just for you. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with our warranty — our guarantee if for any reason you're not completely happy with your jewelry, send it back within 60 days after delivery and receive a full refund*. This refund may be sent back to the original payment method, or through store credit.

Additionally, we also accept returns for sizing issues within 60 days of the customer getting their order. That said, it’s important to refer to the provided sizing charts to make sure your desired products will fit you correctly.
